This is a no-pressure, obligation-free call where we’ll discuss your goals, target audience, and what you’re looking to achieve with your website. If it sounds like a match, we’ll get a short agreement signed and 50% deposit down to hold your build days.
Before our build day, we’ll have a one-to-two-hour strategy session to plan the structure and design of your website. You’ll also get access to a Notion client portal with prompts and resources to assist you in preparing your content and technical setup.
We kick things off with a collaborative call to review your prep work, the game plan, and any final clarifications. I’ll then hit the ground running and get straight into building your site with mid-day and final feedback reviews.
It’s time to launch and celebrate! Your handover packet has everything you need to know about easily managing your site such as making edits and creating new content.

Payments are broken into two parts. 50% is due upon project signing to hold your spot. This a non-refundable deposit as no other projects will be booked in these dates. The remaining 50% is due by the end of our launch day.
You’ll need to prepare some content and gather assets before we start the build.
You’ll also need to have your Squarespace account or WordPress (domain, hosting, and Elementor Pro plugin) set up at least 2 days before build day.
You will receive a Notion Client Portal with straightforward copy templates, get prepared checklists and a technical setup guide to help you with this.
In addition to our discovery call and strategy call, I am available via email or Zoom to help with any troubleshooting or brainstorming.
If you would like someone to set up and manage WordPress for you, I can refer you to one of my partners who offers Elementor Pro, hosting, backups, CDN and SSL (security features) for £10/mo. Managed packages on request.
Elementor for WordPress and Squarespace are drag and drop page builders renowned for their user-friendly and intuitive interfaces. You will find everything you need to make changes in the offboarding section of your client portal.
I provide 30 days of follow-up support for any major troubleshooting.
As soon as I have an available spot. I recommend that you book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to prepare all your website content.
I work with a wide-range of businesses, but my bread and butter is service-based businesses, independent professionals, personal brands, informational campaigns, and charities.
Geographically, I am based in London and Madrid, but I work with clients globally due to the async nature of the sprints. The only time zone limitation is for full design day intensives, which usually kick of at 9:00am GMT.
While this is not something I include in my website build sprints, I am happy to recommend plug-ins or third-party tools, or introduce you to a partner to set this up for you.
Both WordPress and Squarespace include or are compatible with e-commerce, membership, and online course functionality,
My projects include an SEO plug-in for WordPress, proper page heading structure, URL structure, and featured images with alt text, but any advanced SEO strategy and keyword research has to be done with an SEO professional. I am happy to recommend one of my partners.
